How it works
From filing to verified record.
Six steps, in order. The important one is step four.
- 01
Ingestion
SEC filings, earnings releases and company disclosures are collected as they publish for every company on a client's coverage list.
- 02
Extraction
AI reads the document and pulls out the specific figures, disclosure changes and developments that matter — with a pointer back to the exact section it came from.
- 03
Queue
The item enters the verification queue marked Awaiting Verification. Nothing is presented to a client as confirmed at this stage.
- 04
Human verification
A named analyst opens the item, traces every figure to the primary document, recalculates prior-period comparisons, checks management language in context and removes unsupported inference. Status shows Verification in Progress while this happens.
- 05
Publication
The item is marked JMUSY Verified with the reviewer's name, title, timestamp, completed checklist and the full history of corrections made during review.
- 06
Client questions
Clients can ask the verifying analyst a question directly on the record. The exchange stays attached to the item.
How estimated research time saved is calculated
A stated formula, not a marketing number.
The metric estimates the analyst hours a client would otherwise have spent locating, reading and extracting the same information manually — then subtracts the time JMUSY humans spend verifying it. It is an estimate based on stated baselines, not a measurement of your actual working hours.
| Research items processed | 52 |
| Manual baseline per item | 42 min |
| Documents scanned | 189 |
| Manual baseline per document | 6 min |
| Gross manual effort | 3,318 min |
| Less: JMUSY verification time | −486 min |
| Estimated research time saved | 47.2 hrs |
Baselines are configurable per client and disclosed. Figures shown here use demo coverage data.
